Customer Service:
 

1.) What is your guarantee?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any item does not meet your expectations, send it back to us within 90 days for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.


2.) How do I order:

Online:  You may order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). 

By Phone:  Call 1-312-388-4566, 9 AM – 6 PM Central Standard Time, Mon – Sat. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover).

Mail orders accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) as well as personal checks or money order. 


3.) How much does it cost to ship an order?

Shipping and Handling cost for 1 icon is $10.95. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements are made via phone (312-388-4566). 


4.) Can an order be shipped overnight or express?  

Please call 1-312-388-4566, 9 AM – 6 PM Central Standard Time, Mon – Sat to arrange expedited shipping (when possible).  You may also email us at customerservice@trinityicons.com with your request. 


5.) How are the icons packaged?

We carefully package your prints to prevent damage during shipping. Each icon and matting is put into a cellophane envelope to protect the image, then secured in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard frame carton. Nonetheless, if an image does arrive damaged it may be returned for an exchange or a full refund. 


6.) Do you charge sales tax?  

All orders shipped within the State of Illinois will be charged sales taxes.  Customers that are tax exempt will not be charged sales tax if a copy of a letter authenticating your tax exempt status is mailed or faxed to us prior to shipment. 


7.) Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not offer shipping outside the US and Canada. If you have a question, please email customerservice@trinityicons.com 


8.) Is each icon signed?  

All prints are signed by Joseph Malham. In addition, the signed print is numbered and recorded by Trinity Icons and such information is kept by us for proof of authenticity. 


9.) How can I contact the artist?  

You may contact Joe Malham, the artist behind all of the Trinity Icons, by emailing him at joe@trinityicons.com 


10.) Does Joseph Malham create commissioned icons?  

Yes, Joe has often been commissioned to paint specific original artwork for churches, schools and individual homes.  Please email him at joe@trinityicons.com with more information regarding your project.
